Vura Bau-Chemie, based in Gujarat, announced plans to set up three new manufacturing plants in eastern and southern India, aiming to strengthen its presence in the growing construction chemicals market. Currently, the company operates three facilities—two in Gujarat and one in Rajasthan. Vura Bau intends to tap into the expanding retail market with this expansion.

Minesh Chaudhari, CEO of Vura Bau, stated, “We are a rapidly growing company focused on retail market expansion. To support this, we’ve brought former cricketer Sourav Ganguly on board as our brand ambassador and will soon launch outdoor campaigns.”

The company expects to achieve a revenue target of ₹450 crore by the end of this fiscal year, a significant rise from ₹150 crore in FY’24. With a growing emphasis on retail, Vura Bau anticipates that this segment’s revenue share will rise from 60% to 80% in the next two years.

The company is exploring potential locations in eastern and southern India for its new plants but has not yet finalized plans. Vura Bau is also considering an IPO to further fuel its expansion and strengthen its brand recognition in the market.

Vura Bau-Chemie LLP, established in October 2021, is a rapidly growing Indian company specializing in the manufacture of construction chemicals, including adhesives, sealants, waterproofing solutions, and building maintenance products. Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the company operates three manufacturing plants—two in Gujarat and one in Rajasthan—and plans to expand its footprint by setting up additional facilities in eastern and southern India.

In February 2025, Vura Bau-Chemie appointed former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly as its brand ambassador and mentor, aiming to enhance its brand presence and resonate with a broader audience. The company is also focusing on increasing its retail market share, projecting that this segment will constitute 80% of its revenue within the next two years, up from the current 60%. With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, Vura Bau-Chemie is poised to make significant strides in the construction chemical industry.
