VST Tillers Tractors Ltd, one of India’s most established engineering and manufacturing companies, showcased its expanding technological capabilities at EXCON 2025 in Bengaluru. With over five decades of experience, the company highlighted its transformation from a farm equipment manufacturer to a diversified engineering solutions provider serving multiple global industries.

At the exhibition, VST presented a wide range of three-cylinder and four-cylinder compact engines with power outputs ranging from 17 HP to 30 HP, along with precision-engineered components designed for high-demand applications. These solutions are being adopted across sectors including construction and earthmoving equipment, diesel generator sets, marine applications, cold chain logistics, healthcare infrastructure, and institutional power systems, reducing dependence on imported engines.

A key attraction at the VST stall was the company’s iconic 13 HP horizontal engine. Widely used in power tillers supporting small and marginal farmers, the same engine is also a trusted power source for concrete cutters and construction equipment. Its versatility and reliability have made it a critical contributor to India’s infrastructure development, particularly as road construction and urban expansion accelerate nationwide.

VST’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mysuru is playing a central role in the company’s expansion into new industrial segments. Ongoing investments in capacity and capability are strengthening VST’s position as a preferred supplier of high-performance engines, driveline systems, and precision components for domestic and international markets.

The exhibition also highlighted VST’s focus on performance, fuel efficiency, and durability, key attributes required for demanding operating environments. With infrastructure development gaining momentum across the country, VST’s engines continue to power equipment that supports road building and large-scale construction projects.

Commenting on the company’s evolution, Antony Cherukara, CEO of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd, said the organisation is undergoing a major transformation driven by design-led innovation, precision engineering, and product modernisation for global markets. He noted that the Global Technology Center in Hosur is central to advancing capabilities in next-generation engines, driveline technologies, electric vehicle systems, and advanced precision components.

With its growing engineering depth and technology focus, VST is positioning itself as a fast, frugal, and future-ready solutions provider, supporting India’s manufacturing ambitions while serving customers worldwide.
