Volkswagen India continues to strengthen its footprint in Tamil Nadu with the inauguration of a new city store in Chennai. This latest addition underscores the brand’s commitment to enhancing accessibility for customers across the state. With the inauguration of the new city store, Volkswagen’s network in Tamil Nadu now boasts 26 sales and 20 service facilities spread across 21 cities.
The newly inaugurated city store in Chennai offers a comprehensive experience for customers, featuring a 5-car display showcasing Volkswagen’s esteemed models, including the 5-star Global NCAP-rated Volkswagen Virtus and Taigun, along with the flagship Tiguan. Headed by Mr. Arun Uppuswamy, Director of KUN Capital Motors, and supported by a team of 70 sales and service professionals, the city store aims to provide top-notch customer service and cater to the spares requirements through a separate workshop equipped with 25 service bays.
