Vishal Fabrics Limited, a denim manufacturing and fabric processing entity formed in 1985 and part of the India-based Chiripal Group, reported this month that its promoters had increased their interests in the company by purchasing 10,16,000 equity shares on the open market. The promoters' stake in the company has increased by 1.54%.
On August 12, 2021, VFL's Promoter Group Savitridevi V Chiripal purchased 5,11,000 equity shares, followed by another 5,05,000 shares on August 23. As per the media release the company, the promoter group conducted a total of 10,16,000 equity share trades, the respective disclosures for each trade have been duly lodged with the Stock Exchange.
