Vipul Organics Dispatches First Export Consignment of Newly Developed Organic Intermediate for Auto Sector

Vipul Organics Limited, a prominent name in specialty chemicals focused on pigments and dyes, has begun execution of its first commercial order for a newly created organic intermediate designed for use in the automobile industry. The company confirmed that its maiden export consignment, valued at nearly ₹10 million, has already been shipped. Deliveries under this order will continue on a regular basis through the current financial year, strengthening Vipul Organics’ presence in the export market.

Commenting on the milestone, Vipul P Shah, Managing Director, stated, “Dispatching the first batch within two months of receiving the order demonstrates both the strength of our R&D and the agility of our operations. This organic intermediate represents a completely new category for us, and the team ensured that the manufacturing setup was aligned quickly to meet customer requirements.”

Vipul Organics, a listed entity on the Bombay Stock Exchange, is among India’s leading producers of pigments, dyestuffs, lake colours, and pigment intermediates/fast salts. The company operates two plants in Maharashtra (Palghar and Ambernath) and is setting up a greenfield facility at Sayakha, Gujarat. With a business footprint across more than 45 countries, Vipul Organics reported revenues of ₹163 crore in FY 2024–25.
