VinFast Auto India, the local arm of the global electric vehicle giant VinFast, has announced a key collaboration with myTVS, one of India’s leading automotive service providers. The partnership is part of VinFast’s strategy to enhance its customer service and after-sales experience, with plans to set up 120 Extended Service Workshops across India.
This collaboration complements VinFast’s expanding dealership and service network in the country, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to providing comprehensive after-sales support and convenient charging options as it grows in India’s electric vehicle market. Through this partnership, myTVS will ensure that VinFast customers nationwide have access to top-tier service. The workshops will be equipped with authentic parts, cutting-edge diagnostic tools, and highly skilled technicians to deliver high-quality service and maintenance.
