VinFast has launched its largest showroom in India, located in the bustling Teynampet area of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This new facility marks the company’s first dealership in the state and reinforces its growing commitment to the Indian electric vehicle (EV) market. The showroom is operated by Maansarovar Motors, a trusted automotive retail brand in the region, and spans 4,700 square feet—making it the most expansive VinFast location among the 35 outlets planned across India this year.

The space showcases VinFast’s premium electric SUV models, including the VF 6 and VF 7, offering customers a high-end retail and product experience. Positioned for maximum visibility, the Chennai location plays a key role in brand building while offering convenient access to potential buyers. Speaking at the launch, Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia, emphasized Chennai’s industrial strengths and progressive character, stating that the city represents a natural choice for VinFast’s largest presence in India. He also highlighted the company’s goal of delivering sustainable mobility backed by advanced technology and dependable service.

VinFast is currently in the process of rolling out a network of 35 dealerships in more than 27 Indian cities by the end of the year. Pre-bookings for the VF 6 and VF 7 models began on July 15, 2025, with a refundable deposit of ₹21,000. Vehicles can be reserved at VinFast showrooms or online through VinFastAuto.in. To ensure robust after-sales support and infrastructure, VinFast has partnered with RoadGrid, myTVS, and Global Assure to establish a nationwide network for charging and maintenance. The company has also joined forces with BatX Energies to support battery recycling initiatives and develop a circular supply chain, underlining its commitment to environmental responsibility.

VinFast is a dedicated electric vehicle manufacturer and a subsidiary of Vingroup JSC, one of Vietnam’s largest business groups. Its portfolio includes electric SUVs, scooters, and buses. As part of its global expansion strategy, the company is strengthening its distribution network and scaling up production capacity in key regions across North America, Europe, and Asia.
