Vikram Solar has received an order from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) to supply 326.625 megawatts of high-efficiency solar photovoltaic modules for the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat. Scheduled for delivery in FY26, this order adds to VikramSolar’s growing portfolio, bringing its total module supply for renewable energy projects to approximately 577 megawatts.
The Khavda project is one of India’s major renewable energy developments, aimed at enhancing the country’s energy capacity through sustainable sources. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman and Managing Director of Vikram Solar, noted that this agreement reflects a strong ongoing collaboration with GIPCL and supports broader efforts toward energy security and environmental responsibility.

The company is actively expanding its renewable energy footprint. It is developing a 2,375 MW hybrid renewable energy park at Khavda in Kutch district, with plans to set up 1,100 MW of solar capacity there. Additionally, GIPCL is pursuing green hydrogen initiatives and exploring opportunities in pumped storage and offshore wind projects . GIPCL is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), reflecting its significant role in India’s energy sector.
