Mrs Kilaas holds an MBA from IMD Business School and a master’s degree in mathematics and statistics, forming a solid academic foundation for her distinguished career. She is currently serving on the boards of various multinational companies and has successfully guided organizations through complex and evolving markets. With extensive experience in sectors such as healthcare, technology, finance, industrials, and sustainability, Mrs. Kilaas brings strong leadership expertise, a deep understanding of operational efficiency, corporate governance, and sustainability.
