Varcas Automobiles has already delivered over 25,000 electric two-wheelers and achieved revenue of ₹110 crore, showcasing its potential for growth. The partnership is expected to enhance innovation and ramp up production to meet the rising demand for electric two-wheelers in India.
Through this acquisition, Vajram Electric plans to utilize Varcas’ manufacturing expertise to expand production, particularly in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
