Uno Minda has officially opened a new greenfield manufacturing facility for four-wheeler alloy wheels in Kharkhoda, Haryana. This addition strengthens the company’s domestic manufacturing capabilities and is aimed at meeting the increasing demand in the Indian automotive market.
The facility was inaugurated in the presence of Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director and CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), along with senior members from MSIL. Their participation reflects the long-standing partnership between the two companies.
Uno Minda, formerly known as Minda Industries Limited, is a prominent supplier of advanced automotive components and systems. Part of the NK Minda Group, the company is headquartered in India and serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) across domestic and global markets.
