As Executive Chairman, Nirmal Minda will set the Group’s strategic direction, oversee governance and mentor senior leaders—underscoring the Group’s professional leadership and its ambition to accelerate innovation, operational excellence and lasting value for customers and stakeholders worldwide. “I’ve always believed that true leadership lies not just in leading, but in cultivating future leaders—empowering them to take the reins and guide the organisation forward,” said Nirmal Minda. “This philosophy is crucial for building a sustainable, professionally led, and merit-based organisation that thrives across generations.”
