Unisys has named Lalithanand Moses as the new vice president and managing director of its India Global Delivery Center. Mr Moses will report to Karl Brandt, senior vice president and general manager of Global Delivery Operations.
“With his vast experience and proven ability to lead global teams while driving operational excellence, Mr Moses is the perfect fit to strengthen our global delivery strategy,” said Chris Arrasmith, Unisys’ chief operating officer. “His focus on strategic transformation and customer satisfaction will help us continue to improve our delivery capabilities and reinforce our position as an employer-of-choice in India.”
In his new role, Mr Moses will oversee Unisys’ largest and most diverse global delivery center, managing talent from across the organization. He will focus on fostering an environment that inspires innovation, helping to develop solutions that improve client outcomes and enhance operational efficiency through emerging technologies.
Mr Moses plans to implement initiatives that optimize centralized operations, ensure quality, and further enhance client satisfaction. He will also work to build stronger partnerships with academic institutions to attract top talent and support Unisys’ recruitment efforts.
With almost 25 years of experience, Mr Moses has held numerous senior leadership positions at Unisys, most recently as the global leader for Endpoint Operations in the Digital Workplace Solutions division. He has played a key role in improving operations, refining service delivery frameworks, and introducing scalable support solutions across the company.
Before joining Unisys, MrMoses held leadership positions at Genpact, where he led large-scale client engagements and managed quality, infrastructure transitions, and end-user computing services across multiple regions. He also worked at GE.
