Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services and business solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Unilab, Inc, one of the Philippines’ largest pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, to modernize its enterprise systems through cloud adoption. The collaboration will see Unilab transition from its legacy enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform to a cloud-based digital core powered by SAP S/4HANA on RISE, supported by AWS.
The transformation aims to strengthen Unilab’s digital infrastructure, improve operational agility, and enable data-driven decision-making across business functions. TCS will oversee the end-to-end program, including strategy and design, project governance, system implementation, data migration, testing, and change management.
