TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited, a leading global supply chain services provider and one of India’s largest integrated supply chain companies, announced its consolidated unaudited results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. Consolidated revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2,592.31 Cr, up 2.1% year-on-year from ₹2,539.39 Cr in Q1 FY25.
Net profit rose sharply to ₹71.16 Cr from ₹7.47 Cr in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA for Q1 FY26 was ₹172.01 Cr, reflecting a 10.0% increase from ₹156.41 Cr in Q4 FY25. Profit before tax (excluding exceptional items and joint venture contributions) grew 37.4% to ₹17.53 Cr from ₹12.76 Cr in Q1 FY25. The company recorded a ₹177.23 Cr share of profit from TVS ILP, in which it holds a 25.2% stake. This follows the transfer of 11 million sq ft of warehousing space linked to its Infrastructure Investment Trust (InVIT) listing.
During the quarter, TVS SCS integrated its Integrated Final Mile (IFM) business into the Integrated Supply Chain Solutions (ISCS) segment across the UK and Europe. The move is designed to strengthen the company’s end-to-end service capabilities, streamline operations, reduce duplication, and enhance margins. The company will now report under two operating segments – ISCS and Global Freight Solutions (GFS).
