TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a prominent player in the global two and three-wheeler market, has named Peyman Kargar as the new Head of International Business. Kargar, who brings more than 30 years of international automotive experience, will be based in Dubai and will report directly to K N Radhakrishnan, the Director & CEO of TVS Motor Company.

Kargar previously served as the Global Chairman and President of INFINITI, Nissan’s luxury division, where he oversaw all aspects of the brand’s global operations, including product planning, R&D, manufacturing, and sales. His leadership resulted in a 20% increase in volume and placed the brand on a path toward a billion-dollar annual profit.
Before his role at INFINITI, Kargar held senior positions at Nissan, including Chairman & Senior VP for the Africa, Middle East, and India Region, as well as CEO of the DATSUN brand. His earlier roles also included VP of Sales & Marketing for Renault Group, covering 50 countries across Africa, the Middle East, Iran, and India, and Managing Director for Renault Middle East. Kargar holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA with a focus on Finance, Strategy, and Leadership.
