TVS Motor Company has officially introduced the highly anticipated iQube electric scooter in its premium ST variant to the Indian market. With an aim to revolutionize urban mobility, the iQube ST comes in two battery pack sizes, offering consumers greater flexibility and choice. Priced at Rs 1.55 lakh for the 3.4kWh variant and Rs 1.83 lakh for the 5.1kWh variant, the scooter is set to redefine the electric two-wheeler landscape.
The iQube ST’s 5.1kWh variant stands out as the new range-topping model, boasting the largest battery pack in its segment. This substantial capacity enables the electric vehicle (EV) to cover an impressive 150km on a single charge, addressing concerns regarding range anxiety. Charging the battery from 0-80 percent takes approximately 4 hours and 18 minutes, ensuring convenient and efficient usage.
Meanwhile, the 3.4kWh battery-equipped version offers a slightly shorter real-world range of 100km. However, its smaller battery size translates to quicker charging times, with a mere 2 hours and 50 minutes required to reach 80 percent charge.
Beyond its impressive range capabilities, the iQube ST excels in terms of features and technology integration. Boasting a 7-inch, color TFT touchscreen display, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and a suite of connected features, the scooter delivers a modern and intuitive riding experience. Additionally, with 32 liters of boot space, practicality meets convenience, catering to the needs of urban commuters. Performance-wise, the 5.1kWh variant of the iQube ST achieves a top speed of 82kmph, while its 3.4kWh counterpart is limited to 78kmph, ensuring versatility to suit varying preferences and requirements.
Available in four captivating color options including Copper Bronze Matte, Coral Sand Satin, Titanium Gray Matte, and Starlight Blue, the iQube ST epitomizes style and sophistication, catering to the discerning tastes of urban commuters.
