Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd announced on Tuesday that it has secured new orders worth Rs 362 crore. The contracts, awarded by Power Grid Corporation of India, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures, KEC International, Avaada Electro, Adani Energy Solutions, Torrent Power, and Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, are for the supply of EHV power transformers.
The company plans to deliver the transformers by the end of the next financial year. Transformers & Rectifiers (India) manufactures transformers for both domestic and international markets.
In its latest financial update, the company reported a 252.92% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 55.48 crore, driven by a 51.44% growth in revenue from operations, which amounted to Rs 559.36 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to the same quarter in FY24.
