Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRSL), a leading manufacturer of railway wagons and passenger coaches, is pleased to announce the receipt of a Letter of Advance Acceptance (LOA) from the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, for a major rail infrastructure project valued at ₹312 crore.
Under the terms of the contract, Titagarh Rail Systems will manufacture and supply 780 BVCM-C wagons. The execution timeline for the order is set at nine months from the date of the formal contract placement.
This significant order underscores Titagarh’s continued partnership with Indian Railways and its robust capabilities in delivering high-quality, large-scale rolling stock solutions on schedule. Earlier this year, in February, Titagarh had secured another major contract worth ₹537.11 crore from Ambuja Cements and ACC Ltd., involving the manufacture and supply of 16 BCFCM rake wagons integrated with BVCM wagons. These back-to-back wins reflect the company’s growing reputation as a trusted provider of advanced freight solutions to both government and private sector clients across India.
