Tiger Logistics (India) Limited, a leading provider of international logistics and supply chain solutions listed on the NSE and BSE, has announced that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited has reaffirmed its long-term credit rating of IVR A- and short-term credit rating of IVR A2+ for banking facilities aggregating ₹45 crore. The reaffirmation reflects the company’s established market position, diversified service portfolio, experienced leadership team, asset-light operating model, and prudent financial management.
While the rating agency revised the outlook to Negative in response to profitability pressures and working capital challenges arising from global trade disruptions and sector-wide volatility, the company continues to demonstrate resilience and operational strength in a rapidly evolving marketplace. During FY26, Tiger Logistics recorded a significant increase in cargo movement, handling 92,614 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), representing growth of 34.5 percent over the previous fiscal year. Total operating income increased to ₹573 crore, reflecting year-on-year growth of 6.8 percent despite geopolitical uncertainties, fluctuating freight rates, and changing international trade patterns.
The company’s comprehensive service offerings span ocean freight forwarding, air freight forwarding, customs clearance, project logistics, warehousing, transportation, and integrated supply chain solutions. Long-standing customer relationships across multiple industries continue to support business growth and operational stability.
FY26 was characterized by considerable volatility across global logistics networks as businesses adapted to supply chain realignments, shifting trade routes, and pricing pressures. Despite these challenges, Tiger Logistics expanded its market presence, strengthened customer engagement, and maintained a healthy financial profile supported by moderate leverage and adequate liquidity.
To address margin pressures and enhance operational efficiency, the company has implemented targeted initiatives focused on pricing optimization, cost management, and working capital improvement. These measures are designed to strengthen profitability while supporting sustainable long-term growth.
Commenting on the development, Harpreet Singh Malhotra, Chairman and Managing Director of Tiger Logistics (India) Limited, said the rating reaffirmation highlights the company’s resilient business model, strong customer relationships, and operational capabilities. He noted that despite a challenging global trade environment, the company achieved substantial volume growth and expanded its presence across key industry segments.
Looking ahead, Tiger Logistics remains optimistic about growth opportunities driven by increasing demand from sectors including renewable energy, automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and industrial manufacturing. The company plans to deepen customer partnerships, expand its international reach, and further strengthen its integrated logistics capabilities.
Founded in 2000, Tiger Logistics operates through a global partner network and an asset-light model to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions. With over 25 years of industry experience across sectors including automotive, engineering goods, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products, the company aims to support India’s evolving trade landscape with reliable and customized logistics services.
