The Clean India Show, Asia’s premier expo for the clean-tech industry, returns for its 20th edition, bringing together key sectors including professional cleaning, facility management, hygiene, waste management, laundry, and auto care solutions. Scheduled for November 21–23, 2024, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, the event will feature 172 exhibitors and over 600 brands, highlighting innovative technologies for a cleaner, more sustainable future. The expo is supported by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the Material Recycling Association of India (MRAI), with a central theme of “Sweeping Changes with Automation, Technology & Innovation.”

As India’s cleaning industry evolves, the adoption of cutting-edge technologies is driving improvements in efficiency and productivity. Companies are increasingly leveraging the ‘Internet of Clean (IoC)’ platforms, which use sensor-based data to remotely monitor and control operations. This shift not only enhances cleaning and hygiene quality but also reduces operational costs.

Aligned with the Swachh Bharat Mission and contributing to the Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India initiatives, the Clean India Show will attract a wide range of industry stakeholders, including government officials, urban local bodies (ULBs), service providers, and corporates involved in municipal solid waste (MSW), plastic waste, and industrial waste management. As India’s infrastructure expands, the demand for advanced cleaning and maintenance solutions across sectors like real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and transportation is expected to surge.

The expo will spotlight a diverse range of products and technologies across multiple segments, including robotic cleaning solutions, air quality measurement systems, facility management software, green cleaning chemicals, waterless sanitation solutions, surface maintenance, city cleaning technologies, recycling systems, and solutions for vehicle care, hygienic linen, laundry, and dry-cleaning. Major exhibitors include BRPL, Buzil Rossari, Charnock, K&B Associates, Reckitt, Schevaran Laboratories, Satyajit Renewables Engineering, and STEFAB India.

The event will feature insightful conferences focusing on key industry topics:

  • Building Sustainable Waste Business Models: From ULBs to Corporates
  • Facility Management 3.0: The Triumph of Transformation
  • Reducing to Recycling: Sustainable Solutions for Laundry

These sessions will explore circular economy principles, public-private partnerships, and sustainable solutions for water reuse and waste management, offering valuable insights to attendees.
