TERREPOWER, a global manufacturer focused on sustainable production for the automotive and industrial sectors, has appointed Michael Boe as President of its Europe business unit. Boe will be based in Zug, Switzerland, and will oversee all European operations as the company continues to strengthen its presence across the region.
“Michael brings a strong track record in the automotive aftermarket and a history of leading global teams through complex challenges. His experience will be critical as we continue to scale our operations in Europe,” said Duncan Gillis, Chief Executive Officer of TERREPOWER.
Boe joins TERREPOWER with over three decades of international leadership experience. He most recently held the position of Vice President & General Manager, Global Aftermarket at BorgWarner Emission, Thermal & Turbo Systems, where he managed business units in Europe, North and South America, and China. His responsibilities included overseeing a global remanufacturing network and managing diverse product lines such as transmissions, turbochargers, and ignition systems.
Before BorgWarner, Boe served in senior leadership positions at Meritor, where he led the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket division for EMEA and acted as Sales Director for the same region. His tenure saw notable improvements in operational efficiency, profitability, and customer relations. Boe stated, “TERREPOWER’s focus on sustainable innovation and global growth is aligned with my own professional values. I look forward to contributing to the next phase of growth in the European market.”
