Teledyne FLIR, a division of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, is pleased to announce the expansion of its Neutrino Ground ISR series with the introduction of two state-of-the-art mid-wave infrared (MWIR) imaging solutions: the Neutrino Ground ISR 300 and Ground ISR 420. Designed to cater to integrators developing ground-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems, these solutions promise exceptional performance, extended operational life, and cost-effective adaptability. They achieve this by leveraging Teledyne FLIR’s cutting-edge MWIR camera modules, continuous zoom (CZ) lenses, and advanced image processing, combined with control electronics from InVeo Designs LLC.
Dan Walker, Vice President of Product Management at Teledyne FLIR, emphasized the series’s versatility, incorporating multiple focal plane array (FPA) resolutions and CZ lens options while maintaining industry-standard image processing and interface electronics. This approach allows for tailored detection, recognition, and identification (DRI) capabilities that meet diverse requirements while ensuring affordability.
Key Features:
- AgileCore™ Imaging Electronics: The series incorporates industry-adopted imaging electronics to enhance overall system performance.
- Long-Life Linear Stirling Coolers: These coolers boast a superior mean-time-to-failure exceeding 27,000 hours, ensuring exceptional reliability.
- Fully Integrated CZ Optics: Developed and produced by Teledyne FLIR, these CZ lenses offer a range of focal lengths, optimizing DRI.
- Industry-Leading Two-Year Warranty: Demonstrates a commitment to product reliability.
- Multiple Thermal Pixel Resolutions: Choose from 640×512 or 1280×1024 for optimal thermal sensitivity.
- Zoom, Focus, and Boresight Retention: Enables superior autofocus and focus-to-range capabilities.
- Common Camera Interfaces: Offers 30Hz Camera Link or Gigabit Ethernet, as well as 1080P30 HD-SDI or 720P60 HD-SDI, simplifying development.
