Technip Energies, a prominent global player in engineering and technology services, has welcomed 280 new graduate trainees into its India workforce across offices in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Dahej. This large-scale recruitment effort included campus selections from premier technical institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs), underlining the company’s strong emphasis on nurturing a skilled, dynamic, and inclusive workforce for present and future needs.

“At Technip Energies, we are focused on more than just recruitment—we are shaping a workforce aligned with the aspirations of tomorrow: diverse, motivated, and prepared to lead,” said Judy Manjlekar, Director – People and Culture, India & APAC.

Notably, women represent around 60% of the newly inducted trainees, underscoring Technip Energies’ steadfast efforts to promote gender balance and increase representation in engineering and technical roles traditionally dominated by men. “Our priority is to cultivate the right talent for long-term success,” stated Davendra Kumar, Managing Director, Technip Energies India. “This new generation of professionals will play a key role in enhancing our project execution strength and driving innovation across our solutions.”

The fresh intake aligns with a period of strategic growth for the company in India. Earlier in the year, Technip Energies inaugurated a new office in GIFT City, Ahmedabad, and launched a state-of-the-art Research & Innovation Center at the IITM Research Park in Chennai. These initiatives bolster the firm’s ability to serve both domestic and international markets with greater agility and depth.

The company is also committed to fostering continuous learning through structured development programs designed to empower employees and accelerate professional growth. Further, Technip Energies actively partners with top academic institutions to support the ongoing energy transition through collaborative industry-academia initiatives.
