Tech Mahindra, a global provider of technology consulting and digital transformation services, has announced senior leadership changes to support business expansion in key geographies. Manish Mangal will now lead the Communications business for the Americas, while Sahil Dhawan takes charge of operations across India, the Middle East, and Africa (IMEA).
In his new role, Manish Mangal will oversee Tech Mahindra’s telecommunications strategy in the Americas, a core market for the company. With over 27 years of experience in the global telecom sector, he has contributed significantly to advancements in 5G, artificial intelligence, and cloud-native technologies. He most recently held the roles of Chief Technology Officer – Telecom Business and Global Business Head – Network Services at Tech Mahindra.
Sahil Dhawan will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint and deepening customer relationships in the IMEA region. His background spans enterprise applications, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery across multiple industry verticals. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Enterprise Applications portfolio.
Mohit Joshi, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tech Mahindra, stated that the new appointments reflect the company’s commitment to strengthening regional strategies and aligning leadership with future growth priorities.
