The program provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to ease their transition back into the workforce.
Recognizing the challenges women face when re-entering the job market, especially in rapidly evolving technological fields, #Reignite2025 is designed as a three-stage journey: In the Explore phase, shortlisted candidates participate in orientation sessions conducted by women industry experts. These sessions provide valuable insights into modern digital engineering services, equipping candidates with the knowledge needed to navigate the evolving industry landscape.
The Elevate phase focuses on skill development through specialized training, enhancing both technical expertise and soft skills. In the final Engage phase, candidates gain real-world experience through paid internships, working under experienced mentors to apply their learning in practical settings
Successful participants will have the opportunity to join Tata Technologies’ global team of over 12,500 professionals, working on international projects with continuous learning opportunities. Applications are open until February 24, 2025, and shortlisted candidates will attend an orientation session on March 6, 2025.
