Tata Motors, one of India’s leading commercial vehicle makers, will raise prices of all its commercial vehicles by up to 2% starting July 1, 2024. The company said the hike is due to rising commodity prices.

This will be the third price increase this year, totaling a 7% rise. Earlier hikes were 3% in January and 2% in April. Last year, prices went up by 10% in three steps.

Tata Motors sold 59,229 commercial vehicles in the first two months of this fiscal year, up 15% from last year.
