Tata Motors’ domestic sales in October were 67, 829 units, up from 55,988 units in September and 49,699 units in October 2020. The automaker’s overall passenger vehicle (PV) sales in October were 33,925 units, up 32 percent from 25,730 units in September and 44 percent higher than 23,617 units in October last year.
Tata Motors saw a 31% increase in total sales year over year (YoY) and a 16% increase month over month. In October 2021, Tata Motors sold a total of 67,829 automobiles in both local and international markets. In September 2021, the carmaker sold 59,156 vehicles, whereas, in October 2020, it sold 52,132.

The carmaker also saw a significant increase in domestic sales of its commercial vehicles. Total commercial vehicle sales in October was 33,674 units, up 1% from September’s 33,258 units and up 18% from the 28,472 units sold in October 2020.
