Tata Motors has introduced a comprehensive range of cargo transport vehicles tailored to meet the dynamic needs of urban and last-mile delivery. The Ultra series, which includes the T.7, T.9, T.12, T.14, and 1918.T models, is specifically designed for city-based logistics. These trucks offer excellent maneuverability, allowing for smooth navigation through narrow and congested roads. With high fuel efficiency and low operating costs, they provide a dependable solution for businesses aiming to optimize deliveries within city limits.
For long-haul and heavy-duty transport operations, Tata Motors has launched the Prima 5530.S and Signa 5530.S models. These trucks are engineered for performance and endurance, making them ideal for infrastructure projects and cross-country logistics. Equipped with advanced technology, they enhance fuel efficiency, maintain high safety standards, and improve overall fleet productivity—key requirements for businesses handling large-scale freight movement.
In the passenger transport segment, Tata Motors offers a refined solution for long-distance travel through the LPO 1622 Magna bus. This vehicle is built to deliver a smooth, comfortable, and safe ride for travelers on inter-city routes. It features air suspension systems to minimize vibrations and improve ride quality, along with Electronic Stability Control for safer handling across varied road conditions. Additionally, the bus is designed for cost-effective operation, making it a solid choice for passenger transport providers.
To address the daily staff transportation needs of businesses, the Ultra Prime LPO 8.6 and LPO 11.6 buses provide an efficient and practical solution. These buses are designed with seating capacities of 34 and 40 passengers, respectively, and offer ergonomic interiors to ensure passenger comfort. With a focus on reliability, safety, and fuel economy, these vehicles are ideal for companies looking to manage routine employee transit efficiently and affordably.
Supporting the vehicle range is a strong after-sales service network that spans 15 locations across Sri Lanka. This ensures that customers have easy access to genuine parts, maintenance support, and quick turnaround times. The widespread service coverage reinforces Tata Motors’ commitment to keeping vehicles running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
To further improve ownership value, select models are available with extended warranty coverage of up to three years or 300,000 kilometers. Customers can also opt for customizable Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), which are designed to meet diverse operational needs. These plans help fleet operators manage costs effectively while ensuring optimal vehicle performance throughout the lifecycle.
Tata Motors offers a wide range of commercial vehicles across more than 40 countries—from compact mini-trucks to heavy-duty transporters and buses for up to 71 passengers. With over 70 years in the industry, the company remains focused on delivering reliable, cost-effective, and durable mobility solutions built with smart engineering and continuous innovation.
