Tata Consultancy Services (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a global IT services and consulting company, has announced an expanded partnership with Zscaler to introduce the TCS Workspace Experience Studio, engineered with Zscaler Digital Experience™ (ZDX™). The new solution integrates Zero Trust security, observability and AI-driven analytics to help enterprises build more secure, efficient and user-friendly digital work environments.
Developed jointly by the two companies, the platform combines TCS’s digital engineering capabilities with Zscaler’s cloud-based security and monitoring tools. By embedding ZDX technology and the Zscaler OneAPI framework, the solution offers advanced Digital Experience Monitoring, workplace observability and improved cybersecurity. The integrated approach allows organisations to detect issues early, automate remediation and deliver consistent application performance across distributed workforces.
The offering is designed to address growing demand in the digital workspace market, which industry estimates project will exceed USD 160 billion by 2030. TCS said the solution helps enterprises move toward experience-led service models, improving employee productivity and collaboration while strengthening security posture.
TCS Workspace Experience Studio includes features such as automated diagnostics, auto-healing capabilities and personalised user insights. Using data from ZDX, IT teams can identify performance bottlenecks across networks, applications and devices, reducing downtime and manual intervention. The platform also introduces user persona-based recommendations to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.
The solution has already been deployed at a Scottish multinational engineering company, where it is expected to deliver a 25–30 percent improvement in workforce productivity while enhancing system reliability. TCS said early results demonstrate the potential of combining AI-driven insights with Zero Trust security architecture to create resilient enterprise environments.
