Swaraj Tractors Unveils New Compact Model – Target 625

Swaraj Tractors, part of the Mahindra Group, introduced its latest model, the Target 625, on Thursday, available in both two-wheel and four-wheel drive options. This new compact tractor is designed to meet the needs of farmers seeking modern farming solutions while operating in narrow fields.

Powered by an 83.1 Nm torque diesel engine, the Target 625 offers adjustable track widths and boasts features such as a 980 kg lifting capacity, 14.09 kW Power Take-Off (PTO) output, constant mesh transmission, and a digital instrument cluster. The model also includes the “Max-Cool Radiator” technology to prevent overheating during prolonged use, addressing a common challenge in India’s agricultural conditions.

While the company did not reveal pricing details, the compact tractor market in India has been growing due to increased demand for versatile machines that can perform multiple farming tasks without damaging crops.
