Supriya Lifescience Ltd., a leading name in the API manufacturing sector and known for its adherence to cGMP standards, has expanded its commitment to sustainability by inaugurating a new 5 MWp solar power facility in Nanded District, Maharashtra. Dr Satish Wagh, Chairman of Supriya Lifescience, inaugurated the facility and reiterated the company’s focus on renewable energy and environmental responsibility.
This solar project is a part of the company’s broader initiative to reduce the carbon footprint of its operations. With the addition of this 5 MWp solar facility, Supriya Lifescience’s total solar energy capacity now stands at 9.85 MWp, including the previously installed 4.85 MWp in Solapur District, Maharashtra. These efforts contribute to India’s broader climate goals by reducing dependence on fossil fuels and promoting cleaner, more sustainable energy sources.
