Supreme Industries Ltd., India’s top plastic pipe manufacturer, and Orbia Advance Corporation’s Building & Infrastructure division (Wavin), a global leader in pipes and fittings, have revealed plans for a long-term collaboration. As part of this partnership, Supreme will acquire Orbia Wavin’s pipes and fittings business in India and gain exclusive rights to Orbia Wavin’s cutting-edge water management technologies in India and the SAARC region. This collaboration aims to strengthen Supreme’s market leadership, expand Orbia’s reach, and support the rapid growth of India’s building and infrastructure sectors.
Under the partnership terms, Orbia Wavin’s manufacturing plants in India will be transferred to Supreme, granting Supreme exclusive access to Orbia Wavin’s comprehensive technology portfolio. This includes innovative solutions for water supply and sanitation, urban water management, agriculture, rainwater harvesting, and stormwater management. With Supreme’s strong manufacturing presence and extensive distribution network across India, the agreement sets the stage for deploying Orbia Wavin’s advanced technologies and further solidifies Supreme’s leadership in residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural water infrastructure solutions throughout the region.

The partnership is subject to confirmatory due diligence and regulatory approvals, with the transaction expected to close by June 2025. Both companies will provide updates as the process progresses.
