Sunil Nair, former CEO and Whole-Time Director at Snowman Logistics, has taken on the role of Managing Director at Food Service Network (FSN). With more than 30 years of experience in supply chain leadership, he will now steer FSN’s next phase of growth, helping to scale its sourcing model, enhance category-based operations, and broaden its reach beyond India.
Nair is well known for leading Snowman Logistics through a period of major expansion. During his time there, the company saw its revenue grow from ₹192 crore in FY18 to ₹503 crore in FY24. His leadership also helped the company diversify into fast-growing sectors like quick service restaurants (QSRs), healthcare, and modern retail, while driving digital adoption across operations. Strategic collaborations with international brands like IKEA and Tim Hortons further strengthened the company’s profile under his watch.
FSN, which partners with major food and beverage brands like KFC, Burger King, PepsiCo, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Rebel Foods, McDonald’s, Amazon Fresh, and Cream Bell, provides integrated solutions across sourcing, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and cross-border logistics. It currently serves over 5,000 customer locations across more than 280 Indian cities, operating a fleet of over 400 cold chain vehicles. With its recent move into the Indonesian market, FSN has become the only Indian company in the food logistics space to establish international operations.
Commenting on his new role, Sunil Nair said, “This sector is at a turning point, and FSN has all the right pieces in place to lead the way. My goal is to develop FSN into Asia’s most reliable and efficient food supply platform—bringing together sourcing, logistics, and last-mile delivery under one umbrella. We aim to triple our scale in the next four years by expanding reach, refining category strategies, and delivering consistent, high-quality service to every client.”
Food Service Network is one of India’s top players in food-focused supply chain services, supporting clients in QSR, FMCG, HoReCa, cloud kitchens, and online grocery delivery. The company blends advanced technologies such as AI-powered demand forecasting with cold chain infrastructure to ensure product safety, cost control, and on-time delivery.
MMOperating in over 280 cities and managing over 5,000 service points, FSN is a trusted partner for brands like Pizza Hut, Burger King, McDonald’s, Amazon Fresh, PepsiCo, and more. As the only Indian company in its sector with a growing overseas presence, FSN is working to expand further across Southeast Asia, guided by a leadership team with deep expertise in food logistics and a commitment to building sustainable, tech-driven solutions.
