Sundram Fasteners Ltd (SFL) achieved a standalone revenue of Rs 1,256.58 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2024, marking an increase from Rs 1,178.61 crore during the same quarter last year. Domestic sales stood at Rs 840.81 crore, up from Rs 810.34 crore, while export sales rose to Rs 362.79 crore compared to Rs 339.15 crore in the corresponding period.
The company posted a net profit of Rs 120.36 crore for the quarter, an increase from Rs 116.13 crore in the previous year, driven by cost optimization measures. Earnings per share (EPS) for Q3 FY25 stood at Rs 5.73, up from Rs 5.53 in the same period last year. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs 1,411.12 crore from Rs 1,367.25 crore, with consolidated net profit increasing marginally to Rs 130.73 crore from Rs 129.44 crore. The consolidated EPS for the quarter was Rs 6.21, compared to Rs 6.12 in the year-ago period.
During the nine months ending December 31, 2024, SFL invested Rs 309.59 crore in capital expenditures, aligning with its planned spending for FY25. These investments are focused on expanding the company’s operations in non-automotive segments, electric vehicles, hybrid technologies, and adjacent markets.
