The company was one of only 17 organizations worldwide to receive this distinction for its exceptional human resources practices, spanning 41 countries.

The Top Employers Institute certification is based on a comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey, assessing various aspects of organizational culture and practices. STMicroelectronics stood out for its continuous focus on improvement and its strong performance in areas such as Ethics & Integrity, Purpose & Values, Organizational Change, Business Strategy, and Performance.
