Statiq, a key player in India’s EV charging infrastructure landscape, has been awarded the “Excellence in Small Scale Industry Award” by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as part of its Future Ready Manufacturing 2026 initiative. The award recognizes companies that are driving forward-looking changes in Indian manufacturing through innovation, scalability, and technology-led approaches.
Manufacturing remains central to India’s economic development, contributing around 16–17% to GDP, with a goal of reaching 25% by 2025. In this context, CII’s national platform for best practices highlights organizations transforming the sector with modern production methods and efficient systems.
Statiq has built one of the country’s most extensive EV charging networks, with over 8,000 charging points across 70+ cities. The company collaborates with public agencies, automobile manufacturers, and the hospitality industry to ensure broader access to charging infrastructure. Through its mobile platform, users can locate and access chargers from Statiq and other leading providers. The company aims to grow its network to 20,000 units by 2026, positioning itself as a leading force in India’s clean mobility movement.
