In a move to accelerate the growth of India’s electric mobility ecosystem, Statiq has entered into a partnership with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), one of India’s key public sector fuel retailers. Through this collaboration, HPCL’s full network of electric vehicle (EV) chargers—current and planned—will be integrated into Statiq’s digital platform via its EVLinq system.
This development brings over 5,100 HPCL chargers, including 2,900 DC fast chargers, onto the Statiq app. The integration greatly enhances accessibility for EV users across the country, building on HPCL’s vast reach of over 23,000 fuel stations and supporting the Government of India’s PM eDrive initiative under the Ministry of Heavy Industries.
By incorporating HPCL’s infrastructure into EVLinq, Statiq strengthens its role as a key player in EV charging aggregation. The EVLinq platform enables real-time visibility, easy navigation, and streamlined charging services at HPCL locations, while ensuring compatibility across different charging technologies and service providers.
This collaboration marks another step in EVLinq’s mission to unify India’s currently fragmented EV charging landscape. It aims to support charge point operators (CPOs) and electric mobility service providers (eMSPs) by creating a reliable, integrated backend for improved network performance, visibility, and user experience.
Commenting on the partnership, Raghav Arora, Co-founder and CTO of Statiq, stated, “Bringing HPCL’s extensive network onto our platform is a significant milestone. It not only broadens our reach but also contributes to our goal of delivering convenient, user-friendly charging access nationwide.”
Statiq currently operates more than 8,000 AC and DC chargers across over 70 Indian cities. With plans to expand to 20,000 charging points by the end of 2025, the company continues to work closely with government agencies, automakers, and hospitality partners to build an open and scalable EV charging infrastructure. Through this expansion, Statiq is helping drive India’s transition toward cleaner and more efficient transportation solutions.
Statiq is a leading EV charging network in India, committed to advancing sustainable transportation through its extensive charging infrastructure. Gentari, part of the Gentari clean energy solutions group, specializes in innovative green energy solutions.
