StarCharge, a global leader in integrated energy solutions, has announced a strategic agreement with Prozeal Green Energy, one of India’s largest EPC and IPP companies, to deliver up to 1GWh of advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS). This collaboration aims to accelerate India’s renewable energy transition through the deployment of StarCharge’s 5MWh Container Energy Storage Systems, designed to strengthen grid stability and enable efficient integration of renewable power. The full 1GWh capacity is scheduled for deployment within the next year, contributing to India’s target of achieving 500GW renewable energy capacity by 2030.

“We are privileged to partner with Prozeal Green Energy, a leading EPC and IPP in India, to support the nation’s renewable energy goals,” said George Zhang, MD of StarCharge BESS APAC. “This agreement represents an important milestone in our international expansion and reflects our shared vision for sustainable energy growth.”

The partnership reinforces StarCharge’s focus on delivering customized energy storage solutions that meet India’s unique power sector requirements. By deploying advanced BESS technology, the company aims to enhance grid reliability, boost energy efficiency, and support the large-scale adoption of renewables across the country.

In addition to this collaboration, StarCharge recently secured a 100MWh BESS agreement with a major client in Eastern Europe. The project will follow a phased rollout, with initial shipments beginning before year-end, underscoring the company’s global expansion strategy and strong execution capabilities.
