Shree Ramkrishna Exports (SRK), a prominent name in the natural diamond industry, celebrated its 61st anniversary with Parivarotsav 2025—a gathering that honored the company’s journey, values, and commitment to sustainable growth. The event brought together dignitaries, policymakers, and industry leaders in a celebration that underscored SRK’s deep-rooted principles and forward-looking vision.
The occasion also marked the launch of two new solar energy projects: a 6 MW plant in Akala village and a 0.814 MW facility in Amod. These clean energy installations will power SRK’s advanced manufacturing hubs, SRK Empire and SRK House. These solar projects are a step forward in SRK’s journey toward carbon neutrality and reflect the company’s broader vision of responsible and energy-efficient operations.
Union Minister for Labour & Employment, Mansukh Mandaviya, praised the initiative, highlighting SRK’s contribution to sustainable development. “Service lies at the heart of our culture, and SRK’s celebration is a testament to how shared values and a sense of family can uplift both business and society,” he said. Referring to India’s global vaccine efforts during the pandemic, he added, “India believes in Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the world is one family.”
The evening featured an engaging session by veteran journalist Rajat Sharma, who spoke about honesty, leadership, and the impact of founder Govindbhai Dholakia’s vision. “Govindbhai hasn’t just built a business—he’s built people. His belief in treating employees like family is what truly defines SRK,” Sharma said.
Spiritual speaker Jaya Kishori also addressed the gathering, offering reflections on faith, intention, and the deeper meaning behind everyday work. “Family gives life its meaning. When that spirit is carried into the workplace, it creates something truly powerful,” she shared.
Chairman and Founder Govindbhai Dholakia reflected on SRK’s growth and the values behind it: “We believe in simplicity and purpose. Our workplace is free from exploitation and distraction. This is what has kept us grounded and growing.”
In a heartfelt moment, SRK extended Rs. 20 lakh in support to the families of employees who passed away, reaffirming the company’s enduring focus on care and responsibility beyond the workplace. Through Parivarotsav 2025 and its latest clean energy initiatives, SRK continues to set benchmarks not only in business excellence but also in social and environmental stewardship.
