The move is intended to speed up execution, boost investor confidence, and build a resilient foundation for sustained long-term value.

Abhinandan Sethi, who has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the Managing Director for a term of five years. In his new role, he will be responsible for overall strategy, operations, corporate finance, and the company’s expansion into emerging infrastructure segments, particularly Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Meanwhile, Subhash Sethi has moved from his executive responsibilities to take on the role of Non-Executive Chairman and Director. His focus will be on high-value legal, contractual, and arbitration matters, ensuring that SPML Infra continues to navigate complex regulatory and business landscapes with strong strategic oversight.
