Sonata Software Signs $73 Million Digital Services Agreement with US Technology, Media, and Telecom Firm

Sonata Software (NSE: SONATSOFTW | BSE: 532221) has signed a $73 million, five-year agreement with a major US-based company in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector. The engagement focuses on supporting the client’s digital operations with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence, cloud, and enterprise platform services.

The project aims to improve the client’s global scalability, operational efficiency, and technology innovation. Sonata will provide a range of services through a new AI-enabled engineering center in India. Key areas of support include platform and cloud engineering (with a focus on Amazon Web Services), enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Workday, data services, cybersecurity, and application modernization.

“This is the second-largest contract in Sonata’s history,” said Samir Dhir, Managing Director and CEO. “It reinforces our role as a capable partner for companies pursuing AI-led modernization goals.” The initiative is expected to help the client streamline operations, reduce time-to-market for new services, and strengthen its position in a competitive industry.
