Solidus Techno Power Pvt Ltd, a growing solar engineering and project firm in India, has entered into a long-term partnership with global technology provider Sol-Bright New Energy Technology Co, Ltd. The collaboration starts with the installation of dry robotic cleaning systems at a 28.71 MWp solar site in Kitasar, Rajasthan, and is expected to expand across multiple future projects.

The goal is to cut down on water use, reduce manual maintenance work, and keep solar plants performing efficiently—especially in areas with dust and limited water resources. The automated system uses no water and requires minimal human oversight, marking a shift in how Solidus plans to manage its solar assets going forward.

Harvinder Singh, Director at Solidus Techno Power, said, “We see this as a long-term shift in how we maintain our plants. This partnership isn’t just for one location—it’s part of a wider strategy to build smarter and more sustainable solar infrastructure across the country.”

Solidus, based in Punjab, has made a name for itself with custom solar solutions and fast execution. It is currently handling over 200 MWp in projects across North India. The company sees strong operations and maintenance practices as key to long-term project success.

Sol-Bright’s cleaning robots—now in their 7th generation—are designed for dry, automated maintenance of solar panels. With over 98,000 units deployed worldwide and a footprint covering nearly 40 GWp of solar capacity, the company brings deep experience to the table. Its systems operate in regions from the Middle East to Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

The first deployment at Kitasar will serve as a test case before the technology is rolled out across more of Solidus’s upcoming industrial and utility-scale installations. Priya Gupta, India Country Head at Sol-Bright, said, “Solidus is a committed partner focused on quality and long-term performance. We’re glad to support their plans with proven technology that’s already working in tough conditions around the world.”

This collaboration reflects Solidus’s ongoing push to modernize solar infrastructure and adopt solutions that reduce environmental impact while improving reliability. With the solar sector expanding rapidly in India, partnerships like this are expected to shape the next wave of clean energy development.

Headquartered in Patiala, Punjab, Solidus Techno Power Pvt Ltd specializes in comprehensive solar EPC solutions for industrial and residential applications. The company is committed to advancing India’s renewable energy revolution with cutting-edge technology and customer-centric services.
