Solex Energy Ltd has reported a substantial increase in profitability for the financial year 2024–25, with net profit rising by 390% to Rs 42.79 crore, up from Rs 8.73 crore in the previous year. The company also posted a 301% increase in Earnings Per Share (EPS), which stood at Rs 43.82.
The company’s consolidated revenue for FY25 reached Rs 665.82 crore, marking an 81% year-on-year rise compared to Rs 368.02 crore in FY24. The growth was attributed to higher demand for solar modules, efficient execution of large-scale EPC projects, and expansion into key markets such as Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
Chairman and Managing Director Chetan Shah stated that the performance reflects Solex Energy’s focus on execution, customer confidence, and adaptability. He reaffirmed the company’s long-term objective under its Vision 2030 initiative—to emerge as a leading solar energy partner supporting India’s transition to renewable energy.
