Solex Energy Limited, a leading solar manufacturer in India, has unveiled two high-performance solar modules as part of its strategic expansion in Rajasthan. The new products are designed to meet the state’s increasing demand for renewable energy with durable and efficient solar solutions tailored to local conditions.
The unveiling event brought together key partners, banking officials, and company leadership, including Chairman and Managing Director Chetan Shah, Whole-time Director Piyush Chandak, and Director Vipul Shah. The company introduced two solar panel models specifically designed for high-temperature, high-irradiance environments like Rajasthan. The first, named Tapi R, is India’s first module built with rectangular N-Type TOPCon cells.
Delivering a power range of 595–625 W and achieving 23.14% efficiency, it features 132 half-cut rectangular cells for improved energy yield, better low-light response, and higher temperature tolerance. The module is backed by a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year performance guarantee, making it suitable for both rooftop and large-scale applications.
The second model, part of the Tapi Series, is an N-Type dual-glass module offering 570–595 W power output with 144 half-cut cells and 23.03% efficiency. Its dual-glass structure enhances resistance to potential-induced degradation (PID) and protects against Rajasthan’s harsh environmental factors such as dust, heat, and UV exposure. Like the Tapi R, this module also comes with long-term product and performance warranties.
