The Smart-FLEXWAVE, evolving from the currently available FLEXWAVE, is primarily utilized in the joints of industrial robots. Its design allows for a high reduction ratio on a single axis, while maintaining characteristics such as light weight, compact size, high rotational accuracy, and minimal backlash. The addition of built-in sensors enhances its functionality by enabling it to detect output torque, internal temperature, and the input axis angle without compromising on space.
Smart-FLEXWAVE: Enhancing Productivity and Safety
Integrating these sensors in the Smart-FLEXWAVE marks a leap in robotic technology. It allows for the construction of smaller, lighter collaborative robots and enhances safety and efficiency.
