Skipper Limited announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, reporting its strongest performance to date, underpinned by disciplined execution, improved contract quality, and expanding global operations.
For FY26, the Company recorded its highest-ever annual revenue of ₹55,528 million, reflecting a 20% year-on-year increase. Profitability improved significantly, with profit after tax rising 42% to ₹2,073 million. EBITDA margins strengthened to 10.3%, supported by operating leverage and efficient project execution. Profit before tax grew 47% year-on-year to ₹2,864 million, with margins improving to 5.2%.
The fourth quarter marked an exceptional close to the year. Revenue reached a record ₹16,666 million, up 29% compared to the same period last year. EBITDA rose 40% year-on-year to ₹1,734 million, with margins improving to 10.4%. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹756 million, reflecting a 70% increase and marking the fourth consecutive quarter of strong bottom-line growth.
The Company’s order book stood at an all-time high of ₹85,020 million as of March 2026, providing strong revenue visibility. Order inflows during the year totalled ₹56,780 million, including large domestic EPC contracts and international projects. The bidding pipeline expanded significantly to approximately ₹330,000 million, indicating sustained demand across markets.
Operationally, the EPC division is executing around 5,000 circuit kilometres of transmission line projects. During the year, four major 765 kV projects covering 940 circuit kilometres were commissioned. The Company also secured its largest-ever order in the North American market, further strengthening its international presence.
On the innovation front, Skipper achieved key engineering milestones, including the development and testing of the world’s heaviest transmission tower at 293 metric tonnes and successful testing of composite insulated cross arms in India. Strategic expansion continued with the establishment of a Brazilian subsidiary and progress on operations in the UAE and the United States.
The Company remains on track to expand its manufacturing capacity to 450,000 MTPA by June 2026. In addition, it completed the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across core functions, advancing its digital transformation efforts.
