SKH, the Metals Division of Krishna Group, has entered into a strategic partnership with Magna International Inc. to enhance Body and Chassis operations in India, establishing a new entity named SKH M.

This new alliance with Magna aims to blend SKH’s manufacturing strengths with Magna’s technological expertise to drive innovation in Chassis and Body-in-White (BIW) Systems.

Sunandan Kapur, Vice-Chairman of Krishna Group, emphasized that this alliance is a move towards the group’s ambition of becoming a global leader in automotive solutions.
John O’Hara, President of Cosma International, shared his excitement about the partnership, highlighting the potential to deliver cutting-edge solutions to the automotive market. Manish Gupta, Head of Strategy and Marketing at SKH, described the alliance as a pivotal moment in SKH’s growth, particularly in enhancing its capabilities in advanced chassis and BIW Systems.
