Mr Joshi, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the cement sector, is an alumnus of Shree Cement. He brings with him a wealth of expertise gained from leadership roles at well-established companies such as Aditya Cement, Heidelberg Cement, and Orient Cement. Mr Joshi rejoined Shree Cement in September 2024 from Orient Cement, where he served as Unit Head and is currently working with the Manufacturing Excellence team in Kolkata.
In his new role, Mr Joshi will oversee Shree Cement’s quality initiatives, focusing on product excellence, raw material optimization, mix design, and the development of new products. He will work on enhancing the company’s quality systems and implementing global best practices across operations.
