The programmes are designed to equip learners with job-ready skills that meet current industry standards.

With its affiliation to Medhavi Skills University, SHM Academy will offer training that combines recognised academic credentials with practical industry exposure, improving career opportunities for learners across the maritime ecosystem. The initiative also supports India’s growing focus on strengthening its maritime infrastructure and developing a skilled workforce for the sector.
